A BIT OF HISTORY
It all started in 1997 under the name “Weiterbildungsforum” where we offered solution focused coach training based on Steve de Shazer and Insoo Kim Bergs work. It grew, the name changed and today we are represented in 12 different countries on 4 continents, and one of the world leading institutes for solution focused work and training. Since 2004 we have been offering basic and advanced training for coaches that leads to an internationally accredited certification at ICF – International Coach Federation – the world’s most significant association for coaches. Surfing is our metaphor for the art of mastering challenges and achieving goals. Like surfers on the waves, our customers use the forward moving forces to elegantly and effectively reach their goals. Supporting this elegant lightness in moving forward is also our specialty in the context of education, coaching, organizational development and the further education of executives.
